The first building block of our training cirriculum is teaching attention. Maintaining a logical progression to learning is essential to fairness and ease of learning. Consider attention step one. Whether you have commited to a new puppy and are looking to prevent undesirable behavior, re-educating your adult dog for improved quality of life for both, or rehabilitating severe behaviorial symptoms like aggression, building an attention span between dog and handler is a necessity. This exercise teaches the dog self-control. Once this focus is established the training expands to teach:
- Confidence for a mentally sound and stable dog.
- Boundaries like doorways, street curbs, open vehicles doors.
- Heeling exercises
- Sit, down, and stays
- Come when called regardless of surrounding distractions
- Problem Solving
Our introduction program is a 12-week course providing results. Clients are not held by a binding contract, so you can decide yourself if your happy with the results. It’s your money and our reputation.
